Our 3D imaging technology lays the foundation for high speed 3D profilers that are designed to measure surfaces several meters wide with unprecedented accuracy in full sunlight. We have developed a series of dedicated software and hardware tools to speed up the product development cycle and deliver performance.

Spectral analysis delivers results whereas color vision falls short? The remedy to this problem may lie in using a few key wavelengths, which is where multispectral imaging comes into its own. This technology captures the image of a scene at various wavelengths, exceeding the capability of the eye.

We offer an easy-to-use tool to achieve reliable calibration of multiple cameras in a matter of minutes. This software implements the entire calibration workflow, from automatic target detection and filtering to camera parameter estimation. The software is versatile and can be configured specifically to suit each application: number and types of cameras, calibration target type and size, volume of interest, etc.

Our calibration solution offers the following features:

 

  • Enables single or multiple camera calibration

  • Input can be live camera feed or video stream captured off-line

  • Supports different calibration patterns and sizes

  • Enables measurements in real units

 

Camera parameters are optimized through

 

  • Bundle adjustment

  • Automatic outlier removal

 

Specialized calibration targets are available upon request:

 

  • Multi-waveband rig provides contrast simultaneously in VIS-NIR, SWIR, and Thermal IR.

  • Interactive iPad-based calibration rig provides direct feedback during live capture.

  • We also design customized calibration targets based on your specific requirements.

  • Optical configurations: The configuration must maximize contrast for the value being assessed.

  • Optical design: The lighting source design is critical -maximize projected light energy while controlling heat emission. Selecting key wavelengths is just as important.

  • Data processing: Our team of algorithm specialists can process the data to extract the information you need.
